SIZING & FIT

Ive West boots fit true to standard U.S. shoe sizes. Just order your regular size.

If you’re between two sizes, remember our boots will flex a bit with time. Order what you best think is comfortable.

We use Brannock Devices for our sizing, feel free to use the chart for reference.

We generally recommend ordering the lower of the two half sizes that you’re in between, take caution if you have a slightly wider foot or a high instep. In these cases, go for the higher of the two sizes!

With our numerous years of experience, we recommend ordering the common size you are comfortable to use.

Word of advice, our boots will be snug yet will feel more comfortable after some wear time. We recommend looking for the “plop” effect when slipping on the boot. If it feels tight, size up but know the boots will stretch with wear time.

It´s normal for some lifting in the heel of the boots but if you feel any excessive slippage you may want to go for a lower size.

With insteps and Ive West boots, it is best to go up a half size if necessary. Shipping, returns, or exchanges are free of charge when necessary.

All of our women’s boots are M width (average width). We recommend sizing up a half size if you have wider feet.

We do not offer more narrow sizes but do recommend ordering down one ½ size for each letter difference.

We offer a leather that will flex with wear and feel smooth to your feet.

If you use orthopedic inserts, we suggest upsizing a half size to accommodate the insert by tearing out our insole. Warning, do not remove insole until you´re confident of ownership.

We do not offer custom orders due to our extensive handmade process for our authentic boots. The styles and sizes are featured here for immediate shipping.

Our western line features two toe types: a snip toe and square toe in all cowgirl styles.

Each boot has the same unique leather sole which consists of a ¾ Goodyear welt construction and use of lemonwood pegs. Rubber is used to give the heel a great grip.

We do not offer customizations or outsole options. Customers have added a rubber outsole with their cobbler, after purchase.

The custom insoles are not designed to be removed. However, you could remove the insole to make room for an orthotic. Please only do so after certainty of ownership.

We do hope to obtain more sizes and widths in store but are not currently in concrete plans. So, we do recommend signing up for our newsletter, here, to find out more!

Ive West boots are not designed for high-arched feet but, generally, do offer good support due to the lemonwood pegged midsole area. Many customers with high arches or flat feet are happy with Ive West boots!.

ORDERING

Our boots are sold only online right here. Simply choose the product and size then click ADD TO CART for checkout processing. After purchase, the boots are shipped direct to your door.

For news on out-of-stock products, you can sign up and a corresponding email will be sent to you once the item has been placed in stock. Simply click NOTIFY ME OF RESTOCK and follow the process to enter your information.

All major credit cards are accepted in our secure online checkout system.

We suggest using a debit card or feel free to use PAY PAL. With PayPal Express Checkout, the order will automatically ship to the address associated on the account.

Our website is guaranteed secure! Our website employs the best industry-standard security measures to ensure your privacy and security of information. Any information provided is temporarily transmitted by SSL, Secure Socket Layer, and then encrypted with industry-standard safeguards.

No, but we do offer notifications for out-of-stock items by clicking on NOTIFY ME OF RESTOCK, entering your email address, and then receiving an email notification of new availability.

Any orders placed are available for immediate shipping. If orders are placed before 12pm CST, they may get shipped out within 1 business day.

Free UPS GROUND shipping starts from Carrollton, TX and reaches most places within 2-5 business days. Very soon we´ll offer expedited shipping for Next Business Day and 2nd Business day delivery.

An account is not necessary. However, an Ive West account is useful to track information and past orders and can be created at checkout.

Ive West products are exclusively sold in the online store, here. We do not sell to retailers. Our top-quality products sell for a fraction of what other brands would cost in a retail store.

Ive West does not offer in-person pickup. A 3rd party fulfillment center in Carrollton, TX warehouses and ships our products with efficiency and accuracy.

At this moment, we do not offer a physical store in Dallas, TX. We are currently 100% online and can be contacted at howdy@ivewestboots.com for more info.

SHIPPING

Our UPS Ground shipping is offered on all orders and ships from Carrollton, TX.

Very soon we will offer Next Business day and 2nd Business day shipping for a reasonable price at checkout.

Boots are typically shipped from the warehouse within 1 business day and is shipped by UPS, who also recognizes Monday-Friday as business days.

The tracking number will be included at the end of order processing. However, delivery time is estimated and could change in transit.

Shipping is only offered in the lower 48 U.S. states and D.C. We cannot ship elsewhere at this time.

Currently, no concrete plans have been made to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Join our email list for more information.

Due to carrier policies, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you already placed an order with a PO Box address, you will soon get an email from us requesting an alternative physical address.

We sell our products directly to you at ¨wholesale¨ prices, meaning top-quality products for middle-market prices. Learn about our business model here!

Our handcrafted products are constructed with the top-quality materials which make our boots stand out with lower prices, at least 2-3 times lower cost than other brands.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Ive West, returns and exchanges are free only as long as the product has not been worn. We can accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are 100% free if they show no wear conditions.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of date on receipt. Fill out the form included in the box, noting which item(s) you’d like to receive in exchange and mail the items with original packaging back using an enclosed mailing label. Questions or concerns, email us at howdy@ivewestboots.com.

Complimentary returns are available for unworn items returned within 30 days of receipt.

A shipping label and instructions are included in the box.

With your resealed shipping box, you can drop off at any UPS location. Allow 5-7 days to reach warehouse and an added 3-5 days for processing.

Exchanges are accepted only for unworn items within 30 days of the receipt.

At this time, Our 3rd party warehouse cannot host returns or exchanges in person.

Items can be exchanged for a lesser value or equal value item, the difference in price will be refunded after confirmation.

However, an exchange for higher priced items would be difficult. Our system does not save payment info and cannot process cost for higher priced items. We encourage you to purchase a new item and return the old item for a full refund.

An email notification will be sent as soon as order is checked. Remember processing can typically take a few business days.

An email from the warehouse team will be sent when exchanged item has been shipped. A tracking number also will be sent to help you keep track of the order.

All Ive West orders come with a return label and instructions inside of the box. Any misplaced or missing label, just contact us at howdy@ivewestboots.com. A label will be sent promptly.
